Organization Memberships

Mr. Kay has heard cases under the auspices of most of the leading arbitration administrative bodies:

• American Arbitration Association (AAA), including Commercial and Large Complex Cases

• The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR)

• The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)

He has also heard Ad Hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the UNCITRAL and JAMS rules, as well as serving as an emergency arbitrator pursuant to the AAA Commercial Rules.
