Organization Memberships

Mr. Kay has heard cases under the auspices of most of the leading arbitration administrative bodies:

  • American Arbitration Association (AAA) where he is a member of the Commercial and Large Complex Case roster of arbitrators

  • The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) where he is a member of the international roster of arbitrators

  • The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)

He has also heard Ad Hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the UNCITRAL and JAMS rules, as well as serving as an emergency arbitrator pursuant to the AAA Commercial Rules.
